Questions about this document: academy@post-netmsg.one
1. Intellectual property and permitted use
Training materials, exercises, slide decks, and facilitator notes remain the property of SignalBridge Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non‑transferable licence to use copies distributed during your cohort for internal operational learning inside the organisation that paid for the seat. You may not resell, repost publicly, or strip branding from materials without written permission. Where exercises invite you to adapt templates for your workplace, adapted versions are yours operationally, but the underlying structure and sequencing stay licensed as above. If you believe any material infringes your rights, contact us promptly with specifics so we can review in good faith.
2. Liability and realistic boundaries
Classroom guidance describes common patterns seen across service organisations; it is not legal advice, human resources advice, or procurement advice. You remain responsible for how you implement changes inside your own policies and contracts. To the fullest extent permitted under the law of the Republic of Korea, SignalBridge Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from how alumni apply ideas after class. We do not cap liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other categories that cannot be limited under applicable law. If a court trims any portion of this section, the remainder stays enforceable.
3. Acceptance and eligibility
By registering a seat, submitting a contact form, or attending a session, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organisation where applicable, or that you are attending as an individual with capacity to agree. We may decline registration where capacity is full, where a cohort requires prerequisites you have not met, or where a conflict of interest would harm other participants. We explain those decisions plainly when they occur. You agree to follow classroom safety norms, respectful communication standards, and any reasonable instructions from facilitators about confidentiality of anonymised stories shared by peers.
4. What the service includes (and does not)
Unless a written statement of work says otherwise, programmes include scheduled facilitation, printed or digital workbooks for the described cohort, and the access window stated on your invoice. Exam vouchers, travel, lodging, and tooling licences are not included unless explicitly itemised. We may substitute facilitators of equal qualification when illness or travel disruption occurs. We will not substitute the advertised syllabus outcomes without notifying registered participants. Optional alumni forums or office hours may be offered as courtesy channels; they are not a guaranteed perpetual service level.
5. Governing law and dispute handling
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules that would send the dispute elsewhere. We prefer good‑faith negotiation first. Where negotiation does not resolve a dispute within a reasonable window, courts located in Seoul, Korea, shall have non‑exclusive jurisdiction unless a mandatory consumer protection rule in your home jurisdiction grants you a different venue. If you are a consumer under Korean law, nothing here reduces rights granted to you by mandatory statutes.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to digital resources if invoices are materially overdue, restoring access promptly after reconciliation. Either party may terminate a future engagement where the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to cure within fourteen days of written notice, except where cure is impossible in which case immediate termination may be fair. Termination does not erase obligations to pay for services already delivered or to respect confidentiality of materials already received.
7. Participant obligations
You agree not to record sessions without explicit facilitator permission, not to harvest personal data about other participants from roster sheets, and not to use class channels for unsolicited marketing. You will keep anonymised case material confidential when facilitators mark exercises as sensitive. If you need to share summaries internally, strip identifiers that could trace back to individuals or customers. You also agree to provide accurate registration details so we can meet room capacity, dietary, and emergency contact requirements for classroom events.
