1. Scope of refunds
These rules apply to tuition paid directly to SignalBridge Academy for open cohorts listed on this site. Enterprise statements of work may define different windows; where they are silent, these defaults apply as a fallback.
2. How to request a change or refund
Email academy@post-netmsg.one from the same organisational domain used at registration, include invoice references, and describe whether you seek a seat move or a refund. We confirm receipt within two business days for requests sent Monday through Friday in the Korea Standard Time zone.
3. Timeframes that respect calendars
For open cohorts, you may cancel for a full refund up to fourteen days before the published start date. Between fourteen days and seventy‑two hours before start, you may receive a seventy percent credit toward another cohort within six months. Inside seventy‑two hours, seats are treated as committed because facilitators and rooms are locked. Exceptions apply for documented emergencies or government travel restrictions that make attendance impossible.
4. Eligibility for credits
Credits are issued to the organisation that paid unless we agree in writing to transfer a credit to a named individual for alumni mobility. Credits are not redeemable for cash except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
5. Processing steps
Approved refunds return through the original payment path where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate a domestic transfer suitable for Korean accounts. Processing typically completes within ten business days after approval, plus any bank handling time outside our control.
6. Non‑refundable elements
Third‑party exam vouchers purchased on your behalf, shipping fees for printed kits already dispatched, and bespoke content built under a separate statement of work are generally non‑refundable once ordered. If we cancel a cohort due to low enrolment or facilitator illness, you may choose a full refund or a priority seat move at no penalty.
