Questions about this document: academy@post-netmsg.one

1. Controller contact details

SignalBridge Academy operates the public website at post-netmsg.one and delivers instructor‑led programmes described on that site. For privacy questions, email academy@post-netmsg.one or write to the postal address shown in the site footer. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period, acknowledging that some requests require identity checks to protect you from impersonation.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal data we process when you browse marketing pages, submit forms, register for classes, or join community channels we host. It does not govern independent tools you choose outside our instructions, such as personal note apps or employer ticketing systems. If your employer purchases seats on your behalf, we may receive limited roster data from them; they remain an independent controller for HR information they already hold.

3. Your rights under Korean privacy practice

Depending on context, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing, subject to statutory exceptions for legitimate business records and freedom of expression in classroom discussions. We do not sell personal data as a line of business. Where processors assist us, they are bound by written agreements with confidentiality and security expectations. If you believe we have mishandled data, you may also escalate to the competent Korean supervisory authority; we welcome the chance to resolve concerns directly first.

4. Retention and deletion rhythms

Contact form submissions are retained long enough to respond and to maintain a lightweight record of the inquiry, typically up to twenty‑four months unless a longer window is required for active disputes. Class rosters, attendance notes, and certification support correspondence are retained according to operational and tax record needs, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required. Backups may persist a short additional window before automatic rotation removes copies.

5. How we use personal data

We use registration data to deliver sessions, share logistical updates, and improve materials based on aggregated feedback. Marketing messages are only sent where you have opted in or where a soft opt‑in applies consistent with local rules. Analytics cookies, when enabled after consent, help us understand which pages confuse readers so we can rewrite them. Essential cookies keep sessions stable and remember your theme preference locally.

6. Processors and third parties

We rely on reputable hosting, email delivery, and classroom survey tooling providers. Contracts require purpose limitation and deletion assistance. If we ever change a material subprocessors list for community platforms, we will update this policy and, where appropriate, notify active members.

7. Categories of data collected

Identifiers such as name, employer, work email, and phone when you supply them. Professional details such as role, department focus, and learning goals to tailor facilitation. Technical data such as browser type, coarse location derived from IP for fraud screening, and diagnostic logs stripped of sensitive payloads where feasible. Payment references may appear on invoices handled by your organisation's accounts payable; we do not store card numbers on our marketing site because checkout is not enabled here.
